Handmade, one of a kind 1920s/30s Chimayo shorty inspired jacket. Made using a wool handwoven Chimayo table runner that was beginning to unravel. Light/mid weight taupe corduroy accents. Modified this jacket to have a boxy, workwear jacket style fit to accommodate both femme and masc body types. Traditionally these were very fitted to the body. I also made the pockets larger to be more practical. Adjustable side cinch buckles allow it to be brought in about 2” on each side. 

Finished with a chunky vintage Talon zipper. Stone finish donut buttons at the sleeve cuffs, and rivets at pockets for reinforcement. All of the edges have been bound with bias tape. 

Can fit up to a size medium depending on desired fit. Gender neutral. All sales are final, so please refer to measurements to ensure your proper fit.
